GrowRushIndoor farms

Grow fresh food where farms can’t.

Indoor farms from a single 42 m² container to a campus of halls. Sealed from the weather, run by FarmOS, harvesting every week of the year.

What you get

What every GrowRush farm does.

The same six systems in every farm we build, from one container to a full site.

01 · The shell

Built in a factory, put up anywhere

Insulated panels, made and tested in Hyderabad, then installed and commissioned on your site. As one 42 m² container or a whole hall.

02 · Climate

Set to the crop, held there

Temperature held within half a degree through the whole cycle. Fans on every tier keep air moving through the leaves. The weather outside never reaches the crop.

03 · Fertigation

Feeding on its own

EC and pH are measured all the time. Four dosing channels top up what the crop takes, so nobody mixes nutrients by hand.

04 · Lighting

Our own LED lights

Built for yield and for low power use. Spectrum, intensity and day length set for each crop and each growth stage.

05 · Sensing

Every variable, logged

Temperature, humidity, CO₂, airflow, EC and pH, read on a fixed interval, stored in FarmOS and watched by our agronomists.

About FarmOS

06 · Handover

Handed over producing

We run the first cycle with your team and train them on the job. You take over a farm that is already harvesting.

Anatomy

Inside the farm.

01 · Nursery racks

Seedlings start in trays on their own racks and move to the growing channels once they are big enough, so channel space only ever holds plants that are growing.

Scale

From one container to a campus.

Every GrowRush farm uses the same racks, lights, dosing and recipes. What changes is the building around them.

Figures scale from the measured 42 m² unit: 46,800 plants and about 3.5 tonnes of greens a year for every 60 m² of site, shared rooms included. Plans are schematic. Actual output depends on the crop.

Questions

Before you enquire.

Is GrowRush only a container?

No. The 42 m² container is the smallest GrowRush farm. The same racks, lights, dosing, recipes and FarmOS go into purpose-built halls and multi-hall sites, which can be built in phases.

What can I grow?

Leafy greens, herbs and berries such as lettuce, basil and strawberries, each on a recipe proved on our own farms. Seed comes from our Seed Genetics range, bred for indoor racks.

Who runs it day to day?

Your team, trained on the job during the first cycle. Three operators run ten units, with our agronomists watching through FarmOS.

How long until the first harvest?

About four months from enquiry, including survey, build and commissioning.

How do I buy one?

Through our partner in your country. Send an enquiry and we will come back with a layout and a proposal. Freight, import and site works are quoted separately.
